Refund policy

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free: we collect them at no cost to you.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp (+20 103 111 7755) or email info@aghahome.com with your order number. We'll arrange collection.

For hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets can only be returned unopened in their sealed packaging.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

Delivery fees: we collect returns free of charge. If you return your whole order, we refund the delivery fee too. If you keep part of the order, the delivery fee is not refunded. If an item is damaged, faulty or wrong, we always refund everything, including delivery.

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the return: to your card or wallet for online payments, or by bank transfer or InstaPay for Cash on Delivery orders.
